Strength is for service, not status
Happy new month amigos 🙋 It's time to eat again 🥣🍰🥪🍝🥘🍲🥗🍨🍎🍉😋 I was going through the Scriptures today and I found this: "Those of us who are strong and able in the faith need to step in and lend a hand to those who falter, and not just do what is most convenient for us. Strength is for service, not status. Each one of us needs to look after the good of the people around us, asking ourselves, " How can I help?" Romans 15:1-2 (MSG) The sentence that struck me is this: Strength is for service, not status. I have realized that we are in the time where everyone wants to get some form of power or the other. We all want to become leaders in different parastertars of life. One of the allegories of strength is power. But have we ever taken time to ponder on the question: am I ready to serve? We attend impartation services expectant to receive strength in one dimension of God or the other, but are we willing to use that strength in service to men. We aspire to be...
