New month, new......

 Hey guys!

I want to say happy new month, and Happy Independence Day to all Nigerians. It a little sad that currently, it's more of dependent independence. But whichever way, I believe we look forward to a better Nigeria.

And I'm saying a big THANK YOU to all of you for your time; reading the posts, dropping comments, sharing the link. Thanks for your support, it's been very encouraging. God bless you.

So, let me drop a little something here:

True independence comes from Christ. What you don't have, you can't give. If our leaders over the years are not free themselves, they can't instigate any form of freedom or independence.

 "If the Son sets you free, then you will be really free."John 8:36

"Come unto me, all ye that labour, and heavily ladened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28

If you've not joined this wonderful family of God, this is an invitation to come on board. It's simple:

Acknowledge that you're a sinner

Confess your sins

Repent of them

Ask Jesus to come into your life, to be your Lord and Savior. Ask this in the name of Jesus, and it's done......

And that's it. You are saved! 

"If you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth, you shall be saved."

You just need to join a bible-believing church to grow your faith.

Strength is for service, not status

 Happy new month amigos 🙋 It's time to eat again 🥣🍰🥪🍝🥘🍲🥗🍨🍎🍉😋 I was going through the Scriptures today and I found this: "Those of us who are strong and able in the faith need to step in and lend a hand to those who falter, and not just do what is most convenient for us. Strength is for service, not status. Each one of us needs to look after the good of the people around us, asking ourselves, " How can I help?" Romans 15:1-2 (MSG) The sentence that struck me is this: Strength is for service, not status. I have realized that we are in the time where everyone wants to get some form of power or the other. We all want to become leaders in different parastertars of life.  Two days later, Uncle Sola arrived in Lagos, Nigeria. A lot of things were now different from how they were ten years ago when he left. It's quite sad that he was home in the midst of this condition. Had it been his brother was his hale and hearty self,  they would have toured the whole of Lagos together. But, there is still hope when there's life. He arrived in the hospital two minutes to 10am. He had been given the address and description of the hospital the previous day. He had a dislike for hospital environment since when he was a boy. He has the fear of injections and seeing nurses had always given him a scare; it still sometimes does.
