Smile, brace up, don't give up!

Don't give up. Never give up!

Don't lose hope. Don't stop smiling. 

Don't stop believing.

You may have to pause for reflection, but don't get stuck, don't forget that you have a destination. You have a mandate, there's a goal.

Before anything worth while is done, there must be the display of a certain level of determination and confidence.

"Be determined, be confident, for I the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."  Joshua 1:9

To permit the active manifestation of some things, there must be active determination and decisions.

For every action that manifests, there is an underlying determination.

Daniel and his friends were captives who were to serve the king and were to be fed with the king's delicacies. It's a new normal that they feast on what the king himself eats.

But.................

Daniel determined in his heart. Daniel 1:8

If you do not determine, you may never move forward in life.

There are some treasures that are embedded in determination and can only be accessed through such.

The type of determination that will last long is the one that comes from the heart with the help of the Holy Spirit, and not the one controlled by circumstances.

Be reminded that indecision is a sin, because the just shall live by faith.

Once you feel a nudge in your spiritman to do something, and the Holy Spirit confirms it;

1. Believe in the power of possibility

2. Act it out

As children of the Kingdom of God, we must not be indecisive. One very important advantage that we have in that aspect is the Holy Spirit. He guides us in the way we should go. He uses peace as a confirmation of an instruction most times.

One more vital thing: DON'T GIVE UP ON GOD! You know why?

He'll never give up on you: "Never will I leave you, never will I forsake you"

"Don't be obsessed with getting more material things. Be relaxed with what you have.  Since God assured us " I'll never let you down, never walk off and leave you," we can boldly quote,

God is there, ready to help;

I'm fearless no matter what.

Who or what can get me?" Hebrews 13:5-6 MSG

Never give up on God no matter what.

Strength is for service, not status

Romans 15:1-2 (MSG) The sentence that struck me is this: Strength is for service, not status. I have realized that we are in the time where everyone wants to get some form of power or the other. We all want to become leaders in different parastertars of life.  Two days later, Uncle Sola arrived in Lagos, Nigeria. A lot of things were now different from how they were ten years ago when he left. It's quite sad that he was home in the midst of this condition. Had it been his brother was his hale and hearty self,  they would have toured the whole of Lagos together.
