One morning, during the Corvid break, I decided to study the book of Songs of Solomon. Guys, can I tell you this: every part of the bible that you read under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit is beautiful. When the One who brought the inspiration now gives gives the translation........ it's bliss😇

Last week, it was about about human love. It's on a different level today.

Do you remember this song by Evangelist Oyor 

"Kiss me with the kisses of Your lips, for your love is better than wine........". 

Only the Holy Spirit can bring that kind of revelation.

Here's an important secret: the Bible is complete, wholesome, holistic. There's no book ever written, or yet to come that can surpass the mystique of the bible. Another beautiful thing about it is that the Author will be with you while reading it to give you the intended meaning of the part you're reading if you invite Him, and not just what you assume it means.

That Good Old Book is 👌. 

Bed is a place of intimacy. Verdant means fresh and green.

For God and His people, the secret place is our bed. It must be continually green. 

No unwelcomed guest is allowed. Nothing must share our intimacy with Christ. Not career, education, children, religious activities, sleep or even spouse. THERE IS NO THIRD PARTY!

Your bed is strictly you and your Maker-God.

Now, so many people think that when they do joint prayer sessions, bible meetings with people, they are good. NO! God desires that there is a place of no disturbance or intrusion from anybody or anything whatsoever. It's a place of solitude.

STRICTLY YOU AND HIM.

Remember, whenever Jesus wanted to commune with the Father, He did so very early in the morning where and when no disciple or crowd can disturb or distract Him. Jesus understood the BED.

Fresh & Green; the bed must never be stale, dry or rotten. Like someone anticipating freshly baked bread, be eager to encounter your Maker every day. He must retain that position of FIRST & ONLY LOVE. Every other love find expression in Him.

A man of God once said "anything that wants to take you away from God is the devil". Nothing must take you away from that place of verdance.

Do you know an amazing thing? You can keep the verdant condition of the place anywhere, I mean anywhere. Our God is not someone that wants part of us- He wants all of us.....to consume all of us.

Will you keep your bed fresh and verdant?
