 Holla amigo😀👋. (I guess someone is asking "what's amigo sef?" It's Spanish word for friend😉. Now you know). 

How's August going? Seems very long right? Hope it's not only me feeling this though?

I saw a picture on someone's status and the Holy Spirit inspired me to pen down some things.


Let's do this together💃

Guarding our hearts with all diligence as described in the Scriptures is an instruction any wise person would take. True, we might be curious and want to explore and feed our minds, but I'd say it's wisdom to do this with discretion and discerning from the Holy Spirit.

I once came in contact with a book, felt in my spirit not to read, but was too curious...and went ahead to do so. It contained an ideology that was logical but was toxic to my spirit man- it negated the Scriptures. The end could have been disastrous because I was feeding my soul with toxic knowledge. Thank God for mercy! (The remaining gist is in the book 'I AM A WOMAN')

Avoid conversations, books, movies, songs, etc that could corrupt your soul. Eyes and ears are window to the soul. Feed your heart with healthy feeds; it reflects on your perception of life and relationships.

Needful to say here that the Scripture is the basic and most healthy feed. And God has inspired and helped men to write on every concept and sphere of life; money, fame, sex, marraige, love, leadership, ministry, entertainment, relationships, entertainment, spirituality, temperament, parenting.... that does not negate the Scriptures and provide guide for healthy living.

A gaze into the new decade

 How great is our God Sing with me, how great is our God And all will sing, how great, how great is our God🌝 2020 has been an eventful year. Corona pandemic, protests, palliatives, to talk of a few. But through it all, God has been faithful.  If we count our blessings one by one, we'd see that it's needful to be grateful to our loving Father for His goodness, love, kindness, favor, mercies...... I mean, it's just been bliss. Another year rolls in a some hours time. We've got to be prepared for the coming decade.
